Plan
Set up your sites, the checks required at each one, and their limits. Bitak builds the visit schedule.
For field inspection, monitoring, and maintenance teams
Your crews document every site visit with photo, time, and location, even without coverage. Bitak checks each reading against its limits, flags deviations, and prepares the reports your clients and regulators require, under your brand.
The challenge
Paper or spreadsheet logs that someone has to re-enter by hand.
Photos scattered across technicians' phones, with no date or location.
A monthly report that takes days of manual work.
And when a client or an inspector requests evidence, someone has to track it down.
How it works
Set up your sites, the checks required at each one, and their limits. Bitak builds the visit schedule.
Technicians record readings, checks, and photos on a tablet or phone, online or offline.
Each reading is checked against its limit as soon as it arrives. Deviations surface the same day, not at month-end.
Bitak prepares the report from the recorded data. You review and approve it, and your client receives it through their portal.
Why Bitak
01
A full workday without coverage; once the connection returns, everything syncs to the office. Screens designed to remain legible in direct sunlight.
02
Each reading carries its photo, timestamp, and location. Report figures are calculated by the system, never typed by hand.
03
Clients access your portal, reports, and email notifications under your logo and your domain.
Alerts
Each reading is checked against its limit as soon as it reaches the office. A deviation opens an alert that includes the reading, the photo, and who recorded it. While the alert remains open, recurrences are added to it rather than raised again. It closes automatically when the reading returns to range, or manually, with a note.
Reports
Using the data recorded on site, Bitak produces a report for each visit and a monthly report for each site: the visit calendar, tables of minimums, maximums, and averages, selected photos, validated third-party documents, and a draft narrative for human review. No figure is ever re-entered by hand.
Compliance
When a client or an inspector requests evidence, the answer already exists: the reading, its photo, time, and location, who recorded it, and what happened next.
Test results and certificates issued by third parties are uploaded, read, and checked against the original and against regulatory limits before they are incorporated into the report.
Who recorded, corrected, and approved each entry, with date and detail.
No report reaches your client until a member of your team approves it.
Industries
What varies between industries (parameters, limits, regulations, and reports) is configured, not programmed.
Location inspections, environmental monitoring, and oilfield maintenance.
Location rounds with checklists; water, soil, and air measurements; maintenance tasks; and time- and location-stamped photos, even without coverage.
Environmental permit limits, provincial regulatory limits, and the inspection frequencies set in each operator contract.
A monthly report per location with the inspection calendar, period readings, exceedances, and validated third-party documents.
Environmental monitoring and plant inspections at remote operations.
Water, dust, and noise monitoring and plant and equipment inspections, with photos and readings captured on site, even after days without connectivity.
Monitoring plan and environmental authority limits, and the monitoring frequency committed for each site.
A periodic report per site covering frequency compliance, trends for each parameter, and each deviation through to closure.
Periodic inspections, verified and documented.
Each unit's inspection with its checklist, the result of every item, technician notes, and photos.
The checkpoints required by local code and by the manufacturer, and each building's inspection frequency.
A report per building with the status of each unit, open faults, and proof of every inspection, for building management and the inspector.
Inspection rounds with checklists and photos.
Rounds at each facility with checklists, readings from electrical panels, pumps, and generators, and photos of findings.
The expected values for each facility and the frequencies set in the maintenance contract.
A monthly report per building covering completed rounds, actions taken, and open items.
Scheduled service with measurements and records.
Each service call with temperature, pressure, and power readings, the tasks performed, and photos of the equipment.
The operating ranges of each unit and the service frequency agreed with each client.
A report per client with equipment status, period measurements, and completed services.
AI, where it belongs
Bitak reads documents issued by third parties, such as test results and certificates, and proposes their values for a person to confirm. It also drafts the report from the recorded data. All figures are calculated by the system, and nothing is published without approval.
Averages, minimums, maximums, frequency compliance, and exceedances are derived from exact calculations on the recorded data. AI never produces a figure.
Reads each third-party document and proposes its values. Drafts the report narrative from the calculated facts and records which facts it used. If it is unavailable, the report is still generated with the standard text.
Confirms the extracted values before they are incorporated. Reviews the narrative, in which any figure not supported by the facts is flagged. Approves the report, and only then is it published.
Implementation
Your sites, templates, limits, and clients.
Your office staff and field crews.
Through to the publication of the first report.
