What data this website collects, and why

Effective October 12, 2026. This policy applies to the bitak.ar website. Data processing within the Bitak platform is governed by the contract with each client. This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Who is responsible for your data

DANTORIA SAS, domiciled at México 2029, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the database and its processing under Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. Aspen AI and Bitak are trade names of DANTORIA SAS. Contact: info@bitak.ar.

What data is collected

Through the "Request a demo" form: full name, company, industry, and email address, which are required to respond; phone number and message are optional. Without the required information we cannot respond to your request, and if it is inaccurate we will be unable to contact you.

The server and the analytics tools automatically record technical connection data, such as your IP address, and website usage data, as described under "Cookies and analytics".

How the data is used and who receives it

To respond to your demo request and for subsequent business communications about Bitak. The data is not sold or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. It is processed on behalf of DANTORIA SAS by the hosting, email, automation, and analytics providers that support the website, some of which operate servers outside Argentina, including in countries that do not provide a level of protection equivalent to that of Argentina. By submitting the form, or by using the website with cookies enabled, you consent to such transfer.

How long the data is retained

Demo requests are retained for as long as business discussions continue and for up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you request their deletion, whichever occurs first. Technical records of the submission, including the IP address, are retained for as long as necessary to operate and protect the service.

Cookies and analytics

Third-party analytics tools are used to understand how many people visit the website and how they navigate it; these tools measure visits and page views and record how each page is used. They store cookies in your browser and process data outside Argentina using pseudonymous identifiers, without your name or email address. They are not used for advertising. You may prevent them by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser; the form does not depend on them.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, updating, or deletion of your data by writing to info@bitak.ar.
